The men eating BBQ & watching steelers vs. ravens on Sunday night football. Reuben said “if the yellow team is called the steelers, is the purple team called the takers?”

We went to the park tonight. First time I could really wear a hoodie. So nice! The coolest thing I’ve seen in a while about 30 men playing rollie bowly. I haven’t seen that since I was a kid. Brought back good memories!
The kids had a good time too.

This is the 4th Palomo child to wear the lion suit for halloween it has basically become tradition. Special thanks to Greg and Kristie Hollis for buying this for Reuben 5 years ago!
We had a fun night going to our Neighbors houses for candy. I’ve actually got to know 4 of our Neighbors pretty well. Thanks halloween for being the catalyst for everyone to meet. I’m sure that was the original goal.
Youngest to Oldest!

We are blessed that are kids, at times, get along well! My prayer tonight is that they will always look to each other for strength during tough times. Let them always truly know the meaning of family and being there for each other. While they, I’m sure, will disagree with each other sometimes, God help them to love, share, practice kindness, and lift each other up in prayer!
My day outside!

Today I got to spend a lot of time outside with the kids. A highlight was when Eddie was sharing his favorite Lighting maqueen book with Maggie. Lately I’ve been connecting withy the younger kids, but having a hard time connecting with Reuben. I must invest more with all of them.
My Steve Jobs tribute!

After watching the Disney Pixar movie “Cars” for at least the 100th time, I found an interesting product placement. When Steve Jobs left Apple he started Pixar and lives of the Palomo’s have been changed forever. Some of Eddies first words were “Ca Chow”! Amazing that the world can change because of strong leadership and vision. Thank you Steve!
Baby Mags

I love being a dad! There I said it! I’m not ashamed of it. I love my kiddos so much. Maggie is growing and growing everyday I can’t wait to meet her personality in a few more months.

Maggie is so cute! I love kids but sometimes babies that are not my own weird me out… I think Maggie looks like Reuben did when he was a baby. We are so blessed to have such awesome kids!
Daddy Date

Had a great day with miss Ella, we went in a date to PF Changs. I asked her some questions while we were on our date.
#1. when you wake up, what is the first thing that you think about? Chocolate milk!

#3. what is your favorite thing to do everyday? Go to school (she doesn’t go to school yet!)
#4. what do u not like about your day? Missing reuben!
